Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of NoN professional (“the App”, “we”, “us”), a web app that generates a satirical, AI-assisted “career & probability diagnosis” from a selfie you provide. By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Entertainment purposes only

The App is a novelty entertainment product. Every diagnosis, score, label, or result it produces is generated for fun and is not, and must not be relied on as, professional advice of any kind — including medical, psychological, dietetic, career, financial, or legal advice. Do not use the App as a substitute for consulting a qualified professional about your health, career, or any other decision.

2. Eligibility

The App is not directed at, and should not be used by, children under 13. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the App with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

3. Your photo and content

You confirm that any photo you submit is either of yourself or of someone who has given you permission to submit it, and that you have the right to do so. You retain ownership of your photo. By submitting a photo for the paid Deep AI Analysis tier, you grant us a limited license to transmit it to our AI processing provider solely to generate your result, as described in our Privacy Policy. You may not use the App to submit photos of other identifiable people without their consent, or any unlawful, abusive, or infringing content.

4. Digital goods and license

Deep AI Analysis credits are digital goods, delivered electronically and consumed within the App. When you purchase credits, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use them to generate results within the App for your own personal, non-commercial use. Credits have no cash value, cannot be resold, transferred, gifted, or redeemed for cash, and are tied to your anonymous session on the device/browser where they were purchased.

5. Payments

Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, which handles billing, payment methods, applicable sales tax/VAT, and invoicing. Your payment details are entered directly into Lemon Squeezy’s checkout and never pass through our servers. See our Refund Policy for details on refund eligibility.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the App or its underlying models;
• Use the App to harass, defame, or violate the rights of any person;
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent credit limits, ad-unlock gates, or payment requirements;
• Use automated means (bots, scripts) to access the App at scale;
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable law.

7. Intellectual property

The App, including its design, branding, code, and the diagnosis-generation logic, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of that ownership to you. Your generated result (the text/image produced for your own photo) is yours to keep, screenshot, and share.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that results are accurate, meaningful, or free of errors, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 4, 5, 8, and 9) will survive.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll update the “last updated” date above when we do. Continuing to use the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The competent courts of Israel will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms, except where local consumer-protection law in your own country grants you additional rights that cannot be waived.
